Chart-topping, four chord songs. Haven't we already seen quite a few of those...
This is yet another one of those (melody) riff-based tunes that oh so many of you seem to love (request for this one were off the charts).
Next week I'll get back to some 'old school / classic' - Pop-Piano playing with one of my favorite riffs on the grand (piano) of all time, but for now: a 2014 list-leader that yet again turned out to be quite a nice tutorial / exercise.
The combination of the right hand blues melody (that harmonica 'hook') and left hand 1, 5, 1 - technique-chords in a steadily grooving upbeat pattern result in a nice overall piano part and lesson to learn from for all of you that are not super advanced yet.
