Althought the chords in this one are quite smooth, since they’re simply laid down this song really isn’t that hard to play.

Quite suitable for beginner pianists that want to get these chords at their fingertips or aspiring singer-pianists that haven’t gotten a tight hold of rhythms & patterns yet, but do want to sing while providing themselves with nice harmonies.
